Jumpstarting Your Productivity through Accountability

Once again, a confession: I am a huge procrastinator. If I don't have to do something right away, chances are I will wait till the last minute. Somehow I managed to get through my BA without any grey hair - but running a business that way is impossible. So part of my New Year Inititave, I am working on being more accountable to myself and getting work done in a timely manner!

Thus I introduce you to The Indie Biz Chicks Accountability Group! As soon as I finish blogging today, I am going to go sign up! The second session of The Indie Biz Chicks Accountability Group will be beginning on February 22. You can choose to meet with Crissy (Indie Biz Chick's founder) in a web conference room for a half hour on Mondays at 10am or 10pm. The session will run for 6 weeks, from February 22 – March 29.

In these meetings, you will tell Crissy what your goals are for the week and, and then you report back the following week on what you did (or did not) accomplish. You can discuss any problems you are having or request feedback on your projects from Crissy and the other group members.

The first session kicked off on in January and Crissy received some GREAT feedback from the participants. They have told her that the Accountability Group has really helped them stick to their goals and accomplish the things on their “to do” lists. Plus, they find the group interaction a lot of fun and the meeting is something they look forward to all week.
