Licensing Theme Challenge
Week 1: Jewelry
This week I am kicking it off with something simple, and something based on a request from an agency.
Their request was for images with pearls, but since we don't all have pearls lying around the house I wanted to challenge you to photograph jewelry.
This can be something you find in the attic, something you see at a thrift store, or something that you have lying around.
And to kick things off right, I've got a behind the scenes video for you of the shoot that I did for this theme:
I would love to see what you create, so feel free to share your portfolio with me by joining us in my artists' group on Facebook Beneath the Surface.

PS: If you want to get a jump start on portfolio building, I have put together an ebook called Licensed to Thrill of my 30 favorite book cover themes to help inspire your future photoshoots to build a portfolio that sells!
Licensed to Thrill is also now also a bonus for all students who enroll in Uncovered: Selling Your Art for Book Covers if you're interested in in-depth help in your licensing career, which is a pretty sweet deal!
